Skalyr (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an AI-powered Chief of Staff platform available at skalyr.com (the “Service”). The Service connects to your authorized business systems—including email, payment processors, accounting software, and review platforms—to help you manage daily operations through intelligent triage, morning briefs, and revenue monitoring.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Skalyr and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
When you connect your email account, Skalyr accesses email metadata only—including sender information, subject lines, and message snippets. We do not read, store, or process the full content of your emails. Revenue data, review data, and task data from connected platforms are accessed in accordance with the permissions you grant.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Stripe, and QuickBooks via OAuth. By connecting these services, you authorize Skalyr to access data from those platforms in accordance with the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
You may revoke access to any connected third-party service at any time through that service’s settings or through your Skalyr dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skalyr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at mj@skalyr.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
